Each Karolisse Jewerly piece was chosen for you with love and care. Though our pieces are made to be study, we ask that you keep your pieces away from water, perfumes, lotions or cosmetics as this can tarnish metals over time. Store in a dry, cool place. Please contact us directly for more information.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to exchange or refund items returned within 14 days of delivery. We cannot accept returns on earrings pursuant to practicing the best hygiene standars. We also cannot accept returns for any made-to-order items. Regrettably, any returns received outside of the returns window will be refused or issued with a credit.

Please contact us directly include your order number prior to returning your goods. We aim to process returns within 3 working days of receipt, however during busy periods it may take us a little longer.

We are currently unable to cover the cost of returns. When sending your return, please incluide the text "return shipment to origin" on the outside of the parcel to ensure the goods are not held in customs or any other third party facility.

Your Karolisse Jewerly order will be packed by hand, with love, and dispatched within 1-2 working days. We ship with our partners to ensure your order will arrive safely and without issue. Once you receive a tracking notification within 1-2 working days, you can track the progress of your order. Please note we do our best to ensure expeditious delivery, but cannot be held responsible for any delays or events caused by third parties or bad weather conditions.
